I originally was a patient of Dr Anderson, with Smile Ranch Orthodontics, who retired and sold his practice to Dr Davis. Since he purchased the business, he has not been able to get my Invisalign retainers in a timely fashion, has tried to finish and release me before my teeth are straight, and he made promises that he couldn’t keep. For example, he accidentally made a nick in my front tooth when he was filing it and he said he would fix it and later admitted that he doesn’t really have the ability to fix it like a dentist could do. Now he is telling me he can’t finish getting my retainers and I’ll have to go to another Orthodontist even though I’ve already paid for my teeth to be straightened. Transferring to another orthodontist will cost me an additional $1200! This is unprofessional.

I recommend anyone looking for an orthodontist to go to someone with more experience that you can trust will treat you well and keep their promises. Of course, if Dr Davis can turn things around and finish my contract and get my teeth completely straightened, I will update my review.

Thursday, August 7, 2025……. after some patience and effort on my part, we were able to work through our issues:

1) Dr Davis agreed my teeth were not straight, and he took the necessary steps to properly align and straighten my teeth as originally agreed upon using Invisalign.

2) Dr Davis agreed to pay the dental repair costs for my front tooth which he inadvertently nicked. I appreciate him taking responsibility, and resolving this issue.

3) I successfully completed my treatment and obtained my final INVISALIGN VIVERA Retainers.

Although I had hoped for a much smoother and positive experience. I’m satisfied overall with my final results.
